Consultation

A free consultation is offered to discuss your individual needs, this can be a face to face appointment or you can book through phone/text/email. There will some consent forms to fill out on your first appointment. 

Payment

Rejuvenate MLD Ltd accepts payments by all major credit/debit cards, Bank transfer & cash

Payment is to be made at the end of each treatment. If you wish to rebook, a £20.00 deposit is required to secure your future appointment. This cost will be deducted from your next treatment. 

Cancelation policy

48 hours’ notice is required if you wish to cancel your appointment. Less than 48 hours will incur a 50% charge & if you fail to show for an appointment the treatment session will be charged at full cost.

We understand that situations arise where appointment times needs to be changed so please give as much notice as possible, so we can re book your session.

Running late

If you are running late then please call us. Unfortunately, this time will come off your treatment time session, so punctuality is extremely important so you fully benefit from your treatment time. If you are more than 20 minutes late then rejuvenate MLD ltd has the right to cancel the appointment at the full treatment price or give you the remaining time left of your session for the full price.

Valuables

Your valuables are your responsibility & we cannot to held responsible for lost items, so please be sure to retrieve all valuables before leaving the premises.
